Having 13 years of experience in international development, Mr. Shahid Ali has a master’s in Governance and Development from the University of Antwerp, Belgium. His working areas include policy advocacy, local development, humanitarian response, youth development, and volunteerism. His expertise comprises Project Management and Proposal writing, community engagement, and resource mobilization. He has designed and managed projects funded by the EU, USAID, Welthungerhilfe, and others. He has been working in various positions with several Organizations such as Welthungerhilfe, Voluntary Services Overseas, Saint Petroc’s Society (England), Khushhali Bank, Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, and others. Mr. Shahid’s vision is to make poverty history. He currently serves as Executive Director Fast Rural Development Program (FRDP), Pakistan.
