Abstract

The International System, in a certain way, has not adjusted to the contemporary reality that the world is living in. This has led to the need for a renewal or reconfiguration of the recognition of new actors and new realities. Here is where International Organizations (IO) play a fundamental role for this change. These will serve as a tool in the recognition and adaptation of new approaches in international relations. This essay seeks to analyze an approach to new influences in the search for the restructuring of the current system, where organizations recognize the new conceptions of a modern International System, taking Latin American and Asian conceptions as an example.
